Log On!

I was just on the throne when I had a great idea for a book. How about this - The Daily Log: A Diary of Dumps. Fantastic eh? I tend to work with a lot of lads and whenever we talk, the conversation inevitably turns to one of two topics, shagging or shitting. It'll be a best seller. Here's a possible extract:

August 10th 10:13am
It was a great day today. Today I completed the elusive "ghost poo". It slipped out easy, leaving no discernible trace on the paper. Inspection of the bowl provided a populous of nil. The situation began to make me doubt myself. Had I imagined it? The fact that I felt a few pounds lighter was my only indication of the truth.

The only thing is, there is concern about the effect a work of this nature could have on the career of a serious novelist. I can anticipate the reviews:
"The subject matter of this book reflects its quality."
Perhaps I will write it under the pseudonym of Karl Scheiss.
